Amazing Gym!
Awesome gym. The instructors are great, enthusiastic and care about the members. The workouts are different each time and the staff makes them fun. You forget you are even working out.

Amazing Gym
Awesome gym to get a workout. The instructors are great, enthusiastic and care about the members. They motivate you and help you through the workout. No one work is the same which makes it fun and you forget your actually working out. Glad I found I Love Kickboxing!

Great People, Great Workout!
I'm not a gym person but I love taking classes. This looked like such a fun place so I gave it a try. The atmosphere, the employees and other members, the workout... all 100% AMAZING! Couldn't wait to be part of the fam!

This is hands down one of the best experiences of my life, I never thought I would’ve gotten addicted to working out but the instructors at the Henderson location are so motivating & they are always pushing you to do/be your best & for them I am grateful!! Empowered
I love this place!!! I feel so empowered after every class. I have gained strength and awareness because of these classes. The staff is always welcoming and positive. The energy in the studio feels so gentle and fun. People in the classes and the staff are so supportive.

Henderson is awesome
I have been going to ILKB Henderson for a couple months and it’s life changing, I love it and has a vey uplifting spirit in there. The amount of motivation the instructors have, makes you not want to not give up. I have noting to say bad about their company. Come in and get free gloves when you sign up.

Love Kickboxing
ILKB is an Awesome all around workout. I needed a change from the routine of going to the gym, so I tried ILKB and now I workout 3 to 4 times a week. Great Staff, clean facilities and great music. This place is a must try.
