TruGreen employees work very hard to provide great service and are successful about 95 percent of the time First of all, they reply to calls and/or emails. Secondly, rather than make excuses they except responsibility and do everything within their power to correct the situation. From their management to the hard working technicians and the quality of service, I highly recommend TruGreen. More businesses should follow their example, respect and treating customers as all would be like to be treated are a winning combination.
