Emsculpt NEO® Applicator During each treatment session, a belt-like strap holds the applicator comfortably in place along your body.   What does MIC stand for? There are three components to MIC- Methionine, Inositol & Choline. They are lipotropic and help break down fat.   What is Xeomin®? Xeomin Injectables offered at Henderson Med Spa As we age we develop fine lines, wrinkles, but there are options to help keep your skin looking young and your wrinkles in check! Xeomin is uniquely purified and FDA approved. Call us to book a consultation today. You may have already heard of Botox. Take a moment to learn more about what Xeomin can do for you. Too much exposure can cause paralysis and be deadly. However, if we inject small controlled doses it can relax muscles and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Xeomin is also approved to treat non-cosmetic conditions like migraines and excessive sweating. Effects from a treatment average about 4 months. How are Xeomin and Botox similar? Both are botulinum toxin Type A. Both can over time reduce the nerve signals and prevent future wrinkles. Both can bring youth back to your face making you look and feel younger. The treatments only take a few minutes. There are uncommon side effects. How is Xeomin different from Botox? Xeomin can provide similar success rates to Botox and Dysport. No local anesthetic will be used but sometimes topical anesthetic may be applied. You may see some effects on the first day but the full effect you may not see for up to 2 weeks. Post-treatment Care To get the most out of your procedure you want to avoid touching or massaging. Touching or pressure to the area could move the Xeomin to another area and cause unwanted side effects. You want to avoid alcohol, sun exposure, tanning, workouts or strenuous activity for at least 24 hours. Side Effects Most Botox and Xeomin patients experience no side effects other than some bruising and swelling at the injection site. The effects of Xeomin may spread hours to weeks after injection possibly causing serious symptoms. Other side effects that have occurred in clinical studies of Belotero Balance include headache, swelling of the side of the nose, moderate cold sore, lip numbness, and lip dryness.
