Tamika Phyfer, DMSc, PA-C, has been a proud member of the Las Vegas community for over 44 years and has spent more than 27 of those years caring for patients in both Las Vegas and Henderson. As a primary care provider at Intermountain Health, she delivers expert care across all stages of life, with a focus on building lasting relationships and creating personalized, preventive care plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Tamika brings extensive experience in cardiology, family medicine, and internal medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from the University of Nevada, Reno, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She later earned her Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, Tamika enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially on fishing trips and world travels with her husband.
